Using the term "God" in the sense of a higher power..

An ultimate energy source from which all existence was manifested..

We can ponder upon the question, "What is the purpose of life?" Life is a perception of consciousness..

To even imagine that we could understand what "God" this ultimate power was thinking..

We would have to assume that this cosmic force even operates on a cognitive level..

But lets give this ultimate power a personality for a second just to re-evaluate this situation from an alternative perspective..

"I am the alpha and the omega.. the beginning and the end.." "I've been sitting here in eternal meditation for all of existence.."

"Restlessly reflecting upon the cosmos and everything that I've manifested, has put Me into a state of creativity.." "What should I do to act upon these reflections?"

What is a God to do when He is bored? CREATE.. Create in His =perfect image= so commonly said.. That brings us to the definition of the word perfect..

Perfect- without faults: without errors, flaws, or faults.. But how is that possible if perfection is of opinion..? It would mean constant betterment..

Or for those who have replaced the word "God" with "Consciousness" An eternal pursuit of enlightenment.. So if "God" created us in his perfect image..

Wouldn't that mean that the purpose of life is eternal cosmic enlightenment?
