Part 1: http://www.planetminecraft.com/blog/steve-410854/
Steve sat there shaking while staring into the darkness of the cave listening to the undead trying to claw their way in. He knew it wouldn't be long until they succeeded in breaking through his flimsy dirt barrier. Resigning to his fate he sat there trying to figure out why there were skeletons in zombies in the first place Steveo s thoughts were interrupted by a grunt of pain and the smell of burning flesh curious Steve destroyed part of his makeshift wall and peered outside feeling the warmth of the sun on his face as he watched the undead burn in the morning sun until all that was left was a few scraps of rotten flesh and some charred bones. He grabbed them and stashed them away deep in his pocket in case he found some use for them later.
Convinced he did not want to spend another night shivering in that cold dark cave he set about cutting down trees using some of the wood he gathered to construct some rough tools to make his work easier along with a wooden sword to defend himself in case those monsters came back. After he had a fairly substantial amount of logs he started constructed a house well truthfully it looked more like a shack then anything else but at least it was better than a cave.
Realizing he would need some sort of light source he returned to the cave he had spent the night in and started to mine hoping to find some coal. It wasn't long before he needed to construct a chest to store the enormous amount of cobble he had accumulated. Finally returning to the surface with a few bits of coal and iron in hand he noticed that the moon had risen high in the sky he rushed to his home and plopped down a torch inside and settled down for the night. Obviously much more comfortable than he had been the previous he fell asleep to the sounds of zombies and hissing spiders.
To be continued...
So umm yeah...
