Tekkit

Is it just me or is tekkit dying out? The sudden popularity of the mod pack when Duncan started his series has died unlike the end of the world. The idea of the thing putting together the best and coolest mods into one place was brilliant but never updating it not so smart. I understand the problems tekkit is facing trying to get all the mod developers to update and then trying to get the mods to work perfectly with each other with no flaws is a tough job but at least try. This gap in the market is leading the way for a similar mod pack but has tekkit's one flaw fixed regular updates "Feed the Beast". More commonly known as FTB has the lead developers of all the major mods working together to produce the one thing tekkit never did. So as tekkit dies one can only ask oneself "will FTB be as popular as Tekkit?" The answer is anyone's guess; because one of tekkit's main reasons for success was the yogscast. Undoubtedly the biggest minecraft channel backed tekkit but don't back FTB so who will is this just like the mod pack and will lead a new way for some other youtuber? Only time will tell
