At the time, I had no idea that Minecraft creepypastas could cross over to the real world. And I was about to find out that they could. So it was like… 2022, and I had been playing Minecraft ever since it was released to the public. In the game, I was finishing up building a house that was supposed to be a 1x1 scale replica of my real life house, with a furniture mod and realistic shaders just for more detail. In the basement in my house, there was an armory stand with my players head on it, sitting in front of what was supposed to be a tv and a PlayStation 4 (me and my gaming setup). But something strange happened when I put my player’s head on the armor stand. When I placed it, I couldn’t move irl. Ingame, I was shifted to the pov of someone else. Wasn’t this a single player world? It was, but this was something supernatural. The players pov I was in started walking towards my ingame house. He broke the door. When he broke the door ingame, I heard the door fly off its hinges in real life, as the player walked down the basement stairs, I could hear the footsteps irl, coming down my basement stairs. When it reached the bottom, I was shocked. It was me! A doppelgänger, an alternate! I shifted my gaze to the tv and saw the world player approaching the armor stand. Then, it broke the armor stand. In real life, I felt a burst of pain as blood seeped from my eyes and mouth. Then irl, I heard someone shout “This is the Chicago Police Department, put your hands up!” When the officer came downstairs, he pulled out his gun and shot the doppelgänger dead. At that moment, my face stopped bleeding, the pain went away, and I could move again.
