This is the new improved redstone repeater syste. It can be more compact, efficient, easier to make and simple. I made this by accident when making a castle the redstone lamp update came out and messed up and made this I didn't see that it was a repeater until recently.
It requires 4 redstone, 8 redstone torches, 4 redstone lamps and 8 blocks of any kind.
