I awaken from my slumber. I find myself on a beach woven into the sand. The waveo s crash at the sun bleached sand as I stable my head from the migraine that has just appeared and scream in agony. The pain so great and the hurt so deep I cannot describe. I remember a slight glimpse of the dream. I remember a man. He iso ¦ he is sobbing. I try to focus what he looks like but he is blurred. I then come to realization of the real world that I am on a beach. There is water. And I am wet. I break myself from the sand and stand. My face is wet and my legs are shaky.

I find myself by a forest of trees that slowly sway in the cool and calm wind. I walk to the trees and support myself on it. Then I see life. There is a chicken just watching. It backs away and starts to run. Slowly, I go to catch it on instinct of needing food. For I am tired and my mind grows blank. I catch the chicken and twist its neck because I mean to cause it no more pain. I gather twigs and sticks for a fire. I need a way to set it a flame. I use the sticks to create a quick spark in the dried grass and start it up. I prepare the chicken. For I will feast tonight. After eating I fall tired and find myself lying down on the soft grass that tickles my cheeks. So softo ¦ soo ¦ moisto ¦

I dreamed again about the man. For this time I see his surrounding, he has a sword and a body next to him. But not one of his kind. A body of a dragon. It is black and its eyes glow white. There is fire. And a town. I stop thinking about it and I wake to find it to be dusk. The sun sets and I am rested ready to find shelter to gather the rest of my strength. I have to gather tools to become more prepared for what will be thrown at me. I first gather some sticks from the ground and find I need to make an ax. I makeshift one out of sticks and twine me twist from grass. I begin to cut when I get the ax sturdy. First one tree, then two, and Soon I have cut down at least five trees in the matter of an hour. The moon has risen and I have gotten wood for tools. I have feasted and have created an ax. Now, to make a shelter. I cut the each meter of the trees into four wooden planks and build the first wall. It is about three meters tall and I have more wood to spare even with building another three walls.

I then start on a roof which I secure one wooden support in the center of my new home. After I finish the roof I create a hole in the wall to enter. After, start to get a log from outside to use to make tools and hear something. A slight moan in the distance. I get one log and start to lug it back to the house. I hear it again. And again. It comes closer to me and I see it. It is a lost soul. I try to help it but it lashes forward at me. Then I get its scent. It reeks of rotten flesh and blood. I then pull out my ax and lash it towards the thing. The axe goes through the creature and I fell myself smiling but stop myself and realize what I have done. Its stops and after a second it splits in two. I have killed it. My ax is broken and my hands are bloody from the squirt of the flesh but I still lug back the log. For I must survive.

I create a door from some wood I gathered and try to sleep but the moans continue in the forest. I think about thato ¦ thing and begin to think what I did and how I felt. Thereo s blood on my hands and I have not an idea of what has happened. But now I must sleep. I lie down and start to daze and fall into a slumber. I see the man again. The dragon dead at his side with a sword that shines bright in its throat. This time the fire is more vigorous. I see a man running in the flames. He has a woman with him and a child. I see a preacher calling people to the church for safety. He is shouting. Run, run from him! For he is born of the devil! I wake. Time to survive thrive.

I walk outside and see something in the distance. A slight shine over the shining blue sea. I create a sword with some of the wood and a stick for the handle. Then an ax. Finally I create a pickaxe so I could create tools not only of wood and minor twigs. I secure these together with twine from grass again and quickly walk outside with my new tools. I gather some more logs from a new tree and quickly make a boat to see what the shine on the sea is. I start to sail and see land. Then I see a person in the distance. Then a house. And a whole town. It has farms of wheat and has a dock for ships. I secure it with a rope I find on the dock and I then go to find information on the land. A man turns to me and then screams in terror. People from the whole town run to see what has happened. A man appears from behind a building and jumps back in fright. All the people of the town are soon standing around me in fright. A small child grips his mothero s arm tightly. He is the one from my dream and I feel... I feelo ¦ happy.

Feel ashamed and then start to go back to my boat but I still know not what Io ve done. Then a hand appears on my shoulder. It is old and weathered. I turn to see the preacher. I ask him

o What have I done?o no response from himo ¦

o Tell me!o I shout o pleaseo my eyes begin to water and I wonder what is wrong with me.

He says in a deep but wise voice o ito s not what have you done ito s what will you have done. Done to make mountains quiver, done to make the mightiest of warriors weep in fear, done to make gods fall.o

o What!o I shout back aggravated

o You will knowo ¦ soono he then walked away towards the church. It is just like in my dream. I run to catch up to him and the crowd splits in two around me. Avoiding me at all costs. I hear whispers. Whispers of a legend. And the church. Gods of the sky falling to o the overworldo but what do they mean. I walk up to the church and walk in. thereo ¦ on the alter, a stone tablet sits. I walk closer. It shows a great warrior. He is armored in blue and his sword reflecting back a might y fire from a dragono s mouth. It shows the dragon on the ground and the sword in its throat. It shows the people running in fear from the warrior. His face is scratched off the tablet and I cannot see him. I then walk out of the church and back to the docks. I sail fast and promise to never travel there again. In fear of what I will do.

I take off some steam on a nearby cave with my pickaxe and find some coal. I have gathered much stone and decide to return home. I am tired but I do not sleep. I create a pick of stone, for it will be much stronger. I return to the cave and go further in. there are noises coming from deep in the cave system but still I venture on. I see a streak of brown and start to try to mine it. I have gathered almost all of it but then I hear a noise. Footsteps. I turn to see a figure standing in the darkness. It is a sickly shade of green and creeps closer to me silently. It has four feet and no arms. It is as tall as me and has a saddening frown on its face. It slowly turns to a grin as it gets closer and I raise my sword. It is now only a foot away and I could kill it but I do not. It releases a hiss and its stomach grows large. I try to cut it but I am too late. It has exploded. I feel the warmth on my face from the fire around me and I pass out from exhaustion.

I dream of him again. And the preacher. The church is not damaged by the fire for it is made of stone. People crowd in and start to chant. They are chanting in a language I do not know. It hurts me. My ears begin to bleed and my bones become weak. Suddenly a scream from the church. The woman runs out and is followed by the whole crowd. I see a figure through the window. It is a slender suit wearing man. I cano t see his face. He is taller than the window. He has to be three feet taller than the warrior. He lifts the block above the door and comes out with such elegance. He looks at him and his face makes him feelo ¦ safe. But it is not a face though. But just a white head. No hair, no eyes no nose no mouth. But still he grins at him. I can see it. It is etched into my mind. He then vanishes into the night. I see him at the library next, then a cottage, then next to me. I wake again.

I must continue on to survive and to bring sufferingo ¦ waito ¦ what did I just say? I see the same figure I saw in the church in the cave beside me. It says to me in an angering but pitying voice.

o You. Blue eyed human. Come with meo

I follow without saying a word and begin to question myself. He brings me to a room with a faint purple glow. He then tells me.

o Walk into the glow. Come with me to another dimension, where no man has gone before. Come too ¦ the nether, and complete your destiny of becoming the chosen one.o

I listen and walk in. suddenly I find myself in a place where the soil is blood red, the seas are molten, and the sun has gone. The area has light in it though. But from a strange stone. I go up to a patch of it and lightly touch it. It crumbles beneath my hands and in to a dust. It shines bright and I put some in my pocket. The long creature says again

o Come with me, petty human, come to my fortresso

I come with him on a long walk through the fiery wasteland of the so called o nethero we travel to his fortress of purple-black brick and walk through the maze of long dark corridors. We finally reach the center of the fortress after a long silent journey. There, a plinth stands. It is made of the purple-black brick and is surrounded by dark brown sand. I walk to it to see what object is on it. For the air is Smokey. He stops me.

o Only the chosen one may enter the ring and come out alive. Do you understand mortal?o

o I doo

o Then proceedo

I walk up to the ring and see the faces. The faces of the lost, forgotten, and hated. The faced in the sand. They scream to me, telling me to leave. I step forth on one of their faces. It moans and screams in pain. Another foot. And another. Io m only a meter away from the plinth now and see it. A shining sword of blue. I pick it up and the handle binds to my hand. Sending pain up my spine. But still I smile. The sword begins to grow and the same blue substance forms on my skin like an armor. Its shines like the sword casting light upon the world. The man whispers in the background.

o Yeso ¦ good mortalo

o I am not mortal!o I shout back in anger. But still I smile.

o Not now, you must save your energy for your next transformation. Now, please. Stand still, relax, this will only hurto ¦ a lot.

A hole in his face begins to open and a bright light shines out. The pain. The fear and terror of millions overwhelms me, but still I smile. For I am great full of the knowledge given to me by the slender man. I am great full for the village throwing me out and I am great full for my task to kill the god of the sky! The pain soon fades and I walk back to the slender man without problem or the souls. They are gone. They areo ¦ me. I walk back to the portal to the overworld without a single peep of my godly mouth or a sound of the senders beautiful voice. We travel back to the overworld and I cast light upon the caves. We travel up hastily and I begin to run so fast everything just fades away. I find myself in a new world above the clouds. A roar is heard and I see the god. The dragon of the sky. I find many senders in this land. And they become angry. Their frowns and shouts of anger and hatred toward the slender that led me to this path. I silence them with a snap of my godly fingers. Their heads turn sideways and I begin to make them turn. Make them turn on the sky god.

The dragon sees and roars sending most of the slender men to be flung under the sky realm and into the overworld. I taunt him in his language. The language that used to hurt me but now it powers me.

o Catch me if you cano I say

o You really are the brine of all meno

o Io m not a man, I am a hero, in fact, Io m a godly hero at that.o

I fling myself and the dragon down to the overworld by the clap of my godly hands and land feet on the ground. The dragon is hurt and slides through the dirt and rocks at wild speeds. The speed of gods. He looks up and unleashes a powerful jet of fire. I dodge it with my sword. It reflects back at him and he screams in pain.

o What have you done slender brother!?o

o I have saved him from youo the slender man says back. o I have saved the herobrineo

o Noo ¦ he cano t beo the dragon says back.

o Yeso the slender man says as he teleports back to the church.

Like in my dream the events continue to lie out. I then take my sword and bury it in the godo s hard and scaled neck and say my last goodbyes to him. Soon the town in in rubble and flames. The people dead and the slender men happy. For their smiles warm my new white eyes. That glow ever like the oh so delicate stone, that releases light, ever so brightly. Now, this o overworldo is mine. And I shall claim it with the item I know best. The dust. And I shall spell out my name over the lands and the seas.
