Hello, this is solid_snake420, and im gonna teach you how to make a squid trap! but first, you need one of these requirements:
1: Your home must be underground. (Or make a ladder to go underground the squid trap)
2: If not underground above, you must have a HUGE bathtub above your house. (WARNING! bunch of buckets required) MAKE SURE THERE IS DIRT ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BATHTUB! I DONT CARE HOW YOU MAKE IT BUT ADD DIRT AS THE BOTTOM.
3: You don't have to be perfect, but move it to your animal pens...?
now that's settled, now here is the tutorial for the underground squid trap! oh, and make sure you don't apoligize to the squid army about this! (a reference to skydoesminecraft)

step 1!
make a long hole. If you reach the ceiling, then it will drip water. do not mine that block under the ocean/river/lake ect.
that's the tutorial. This should help people with the derpy squid mod too! without having to hunt down squids. WARNING! derpy squids will ALSO fall for your trap, so be careful!

step 2!
dig 2 blocks on the bottom to make sure you don't touch your home's floor. Then add water 2 blocks from where you digged.
step 3!!
add signs on the walls, then add another sign on top of that sign. repeat until the walls is full of those signs. If done correctly, removing the block on top of the signs will block the water from the ocean, ect. and squids will carelessly dive down and enter your trap. After they do that, kill them with your fist or anything. Then that should give you a great ink sac farm!
