This datapack makes fishing... fishing! You now fish out fish, squids, guardians, and more, as well as some other unique stuff.
But would it make sense to fish up a guardian in a plains biome? Probably not, so a lot of items are biome-locked now! Guardians, for example, can only be fished up in the deep oceans variants, tadpoles in swamps variants + lush caves, and more,
But there's more! Because now, you can fish up barrels! Barrels must be fished up in a 2 tall 5x5 area of water, just like other treasure items, however these special barrels will contain loot!
There are a lot more changes and tweaks that you can explore on your adventures with this datapack. Have fun!

Edit: As far as I know, there is nothing wrong. You may be playing with an incompatible datapack, or the datapack, may need you to run /reload. If you're playing modded or with plugins it could be one of them causing the problem, but the datapack doesn't seem to be working incorrectly. If any of this doesn't work It may be a problem with the datapack itself so tell me exactly what you did when crafting it.
