Allay Army!
Great Quality-Of-Life datapack for a vanilla+ experience!
Stay safe from mobs!
Get your own Allay Army to defend you!!
How to use it?
Simply give allays any type of sword and they'll attack any hostile mob that approaches you within 10 blocks.
Get as many allays as you want with swords for a bigger army. Better swords will do more damage!
Please note that this datapack won't receive further updates
It has been merged into [Enhanced Allays] <- check this if you want the latest version

Suggestion / Bug report: the allays shouldn't attack named entities
Also, I think there are certain mobs that they don't attack, for example:
-blaze
-breeze
-enderman
-ghast
-vex
-slime
-magma cube
-hoglin
-piglin
-piglin brute
-ravager
-shulker
-witch
the following mobs are also not targetable by allays, they should not be attacked anyway.
-zombie horse
-guardian
-elder guardian
-warden
-ender dragon
Also, I am aware of allays suffocating in wall corners and edges, I'm annoyed by it as well. I know of one way to fix it but it might be performance demanding. So I'll try to find a better way to fix that as well. Thanks for the great feedback!
