Armor Stands with arms is a Datapack for 1.20.2+ that allows to put arms to all Armor Stands only placed by player with the item "Armor Stand" and not all Armor Stands were already exists before you put the Datapack in your world and not Armor Stands summoned by commands.

You can use the optionnal Texture Pack to change the texture of the item "Armor Stand".
