Smithing Armored Elytra is a Datapack for 1.20.5+ that allows you to have a chestplate with an Elytra by using the Smithing Table.


You can combine 1 material + 1 chestplate + 1 Elytra to have :

In 1.20.5 to 1.21.1 :
An Elytra combined with the chestplate (an Elytra with Armor, Armor Toughness, Knockback Resistance of the chestplate + all enchantments of the chestplate if it have enchantments).

In 1.21.2 and after :
A chestplate that works like an Elytra (the chestplate with the glider item component).

You can combine any vanilla chestplate with an Elytra in a Smithing Table.
