Meet the baker!

He is a new special villager type with unique trades appropriate to his profession.

The baker is born with his unique baking skills and doesn't need a special work station. Because of this you cannot turn an unemployed villager into a baker; the only way to get a baker is through them spawning with the baker profession. 1 in every 15 villagers are bakers.

List of Trades
16 Eggs -> 3 Emeralds
1 Emerald -> 3 Eggs
16 Wheat -> 1 Emerald
2 Emerald -> 1 Cake
1 Milk Bucked -> 1 Emerald
3 Emeralds -> 18 Cookies
2 Cocoa Beans -> 1 Emerald

I considered that but I do now know enough about optifine to make that possible yet. Maybe I will add it in a future version.

how often do they spawn and do they spawn in villages

1in every 15 villagers are a baker, they do spawn naturally in villages.

does it take the bucket and the milk inside or just the milk and leaves an empty bucket?

It also takes the bucket. It works the same way as trading lava buckets with an armourer in regards to the price and the bucket.
