Making your own datapack, and don't want the default vanilla advancements showing up?
The previous method as originally suggested by Dinnerbone, works... but it works by breaking all the advancements. That causes 488 error messages to show up in your logs as the game tries and fails to load each broken advancement.
This method of blanking all the default vanilla advancements works by simply making each advancement impossible to achieve, so they never show up in normal game play, and won't generate a slew of error messages in your logs each time the datapack loads.

Have something to say?
I imagine you can just replace the vanilla structures with empty ones, but I'm not sure how exactly.
Also, small question: How long did it actually take for you to make this?
I think I spent around 2-3 hours on "Remove Minecraft Advancements".
