Break The Rule Book

So, this datapack ended up being submitted to the MineDataJam2 event, so that was really cool!

Step one to breaking rules...
craft Fabrication Table by dropping one crafting table, one enchanting table, one nether star, and six netherite ingots on the ground together, then place your Fabrication Table.
Step two...
Put books into the Fabrication table (one at a time) to get Rule Books.
Step three...
Shoot the Rule book with an arrow and behold as a random rule gets broken.
