Dig perimeter with one hit 1v3

Some time ago I made an update to Miner's Dream Datapack, which was abandoned by the author. Let me remind you that this datapack allows you to dig 10x4x100 tunnels with one hit using a special pickaxe , leaving undestroyed ores, both in Overword and Nether.
Someone asked if I can rework the datapack in such a way that it digs downwards instead of forwards, because it would be useful for perimeters.

Here is that modification:

Datapack removes the entire chunk to a depth of 128 blocks. In short, with one hit, we make a hole in the ground 128 deep, 16x16 blocks, leaving the ores undestroyed.
Please note the attached screenshots: stand on the magenta block and destroy the blue one. Of course, you don't have to place these colored blocks, they are just markers for description.

For this you need a pickaxe identical to the one in Miner's Dream Datapack:

Pick is crafted by throwing 2 logs and 3 iron blocks on top of a crafting table.
Use oak, spruce, birch, jungle, acacia, dark oak logs, mangrove, cherry logs and crimson and warped stems.
