Wither skeletons farms are very useful, but they have one weakness. You have to stand by it and monotonously kill skeletons.
That's because to get the skulls, which is what we built the farm for, player has to kill the skeleton himself.
Even if you use some kind of autoclicker, you can't do other useful things in the meantime.

What if you could change it?
Let the skeleton drop the skull even if it kills "itself".

Install this datapack and modify your farm a bit: in the place where the skeletons fall, put rail and 24 minecarts on it. That's it. Due to too many entities on the same block, skeletons will instantly die dropping their loot, now including skulls. I assume you haven't changed the gamerule maxEntityCramming. The default is just 24. If you changed it, you need to adjust the number of minecarts

Also I increased the chance of getting a skull a bit so you get it as often as if you killed a skeleton with a Looting III sword.

With a pretty efficient farm like mine in the video below, you can get a pretty good amount of skulls. While I was recording this video, uploaded it to Youtube and wrote it, I got almost 2 stacks of skulls. I could do it because I didn't have to swing my sword ;) As you can see in the video, Wither skeletons spawn and fall down continuously on all three platforms.
