Hold a broken item with the Mending enchantment in your hand and type "/trigger repair". The item will extract your experience and put it into its durability.

it takes 1 xp point per durability repaired

I think there might be a bug where if you have more experience points than necessary for a full repair, the extra points just disappear.

This bug happens if you are in any other dimension than the overworld. That's what Obamium is talking about. This bug is 100% reproducible.

If this can be fixed in the next update, that would be great!
