1: I guess cause of the randomness lol
2: I don't think so, but you can use screaming goats for a higher chance of ramming players
3: It detects when the player gets hurt by a goat
4: Well, it was a day before 1.17 came out, and I wanted to make a new data pack for the update, so I was thinking of ideas and then while playing a release candidate and I was rammed off a mountain by a goat, and I wanted to see if I could make them more deadly.
