EDIT: Since someone recently made a video on this, I feel like it's important to note that this only works in 1.15, and it breaks in future versions for some reason. I'll be making an expansive enchantment pack soon here that will most likely include this enchantment, so if you like this and want to use it in 1.17, keep an eye out for that :D
This datapack adds a hooking enchantment for tridents. To get it, throw a sponge on a trident. To use it, hit enemies with the trident to hook them, then throw the trident into the ground to pull them there.
NOTE: This is not the most multiplayer friendly - it will still function in multiplayer, but anyone can pull any hooked mobs which may lead to chaos on big servers.
