    Night Vision - Night Vision Potion

Chestplate:
   Strength - Strength Potion
   Regeneration - Regeneration Potion

Leggings:
   Absorption - Golden Apple
   Jump Boost - Jump Boost Potion

Boots:
   Speed - Speed Potion
   Dolphins Grace - Trident

On the Left is the effect/enchant you will get if you drop the Item on the irght to the piece.

Your Probably are using a lvl 2 potion but you need a lvl 1 potion
