💡Main idea

The mechanics of brewing potions in the Brewing Stand are quite boring. At the same time, most players do not know the recipes for even common potions. This is why this mechanic works quite poorly in Minecraft. Improved Potions completely fixes all potion brewing flaws!


✨Main changes and innovations

- All potions are now brewed in a cauldron.
- To work with a cauldron, you need to boil water in it.
- All potions can now have up to 3 effects (depending on the ones you choose).
- Using a pestle and a small cauldron, you need to create some components.
- Along with regular potions, there are also special ones that are not at all like vanilla ones.
- Swamp take 5 new structures and now it looks much better.

📚WIKI

You can get all the information you need from the book that cleric sell in the villages (or just take it by killing the witch). Along with this, the project has its own WIKIpedia with all the details and without ads. WIKI is only translated into Russian, but you can use Google's website translator.

🆘Important information

  • THE ENTIRE DATAPACK HAS BEEN TRANSLATED INTO 3 LANGUAGES: English, Ukrainian, Russian. Translation works depending on the selected language in the game.
  • Project does NOT NEED Optifine or other mods.

DataPack is updated for versions 26.1 and above! Changelog:


  • A texture has been added to the ghost spawn egg.
  • In chat, you can now open the datapack Wikipedia page in the browser after "/reload" and get a list of commands for issuing all items.
  • Most items are no longer firework_star, now it is poisonous_potato.
  • Some cauldron cooking bugs have been fixed.
  • The Ruined Witch's House has become less common.
  • Items on a small cauldron are now longer uncollectable.
  • Explosive and settling bottles, as well as jars, can be crafted in batches of three.
  • Fixed the appearance of a small cauldron after breaking it.
  • Added a new achievement.
  • Changed the way villager trades appear.
  • Fixed a bug where some potions, in combination with others, were displayed when viewed in the inventory.
  • Village trades have been updated to accommodate modern mechanics.
