YES! This time I added exceptions for EXP Orbs, making some ores actually mine-able, also, all types of minecart are in the exception list, snowballs, spectral arrows, arrows (Effect arrows are considered regular arrows, don't worry.), fireballs, dragon fireballs, armor stands, etc.
