Quick Portal Teleportation (QPTP) Datapack:
(I am bad at naming)

This datapack only does one simple job: making players in survival or adventure mode instantly go through the nether portal, just like in creative mode.

Players that are couching (shifting), flying (with elytra), falling or sprinting will not be affected. Allow players to pass without being teleported to the nether/overworld in some ways.

This datapack is for:
Rush players that don't like to spend time waiting for the nether portal animation.

This datapack is NOT for:
Players that think nether portal animation is a good feature(which I agree when I didn't die in the nether) and actually enjoy it.

note:
the magic behind this is actually turning the player into creative mode very briefly. so if you punch at full speed when you go through a portal, sometimes you might break the portal(it is more frequent if lag). Therefore DO NOT do it. ( why would you do it?)


uninstalling
before uninstalling, please type: /scoreboard objectives remove qptp_gamemode

upgraded for Minecraft 1.19

before this update, using this in Minecraft 1.17 will turn players' gamemode from survival (or adventure) to creative and back repeatedly, thus messing up the players' UI completely. This is a mistake of mine. Now it has been fixed.

After new testing, this pack (old version v1.3) no longer works in Minecraft 1.15, which doesn't make sense unless I somehow didn't test it in 1.15. Anyway, I am really sorry for anyone that has trouble with this pack. Now this pack should be able to work from Minecraft 1.16 to 1.19

Changes:
-no longer use tag in the commands.
