Storage Pots adds a new vanilla-friendly storage method that can be used to store large quantities of items! A single storage pot can store up to 16384 items of a single type! (256 stacks)

Storage pots function as normal inventories, and are compatible with hoppers and comparators as a result!

Items can be added to and removed from storage pots in many ways!
  • Right clicking on a pot with an item will place it inside
  • Throwing items onto a pot will add them in bulk!
  • Right clicking on a pot with an empty hand will pop one item out of the top
  • Shift-right clicking on a pot with an empty hand will pop a whole stack out instead!
Storage pots also show you how many items are in them at a glance, using 10 squares on the front of the pot that get filled in as it fills up!

Want to know EXACTLY how much is in your pot? Craft a Whispering Sherd and shift-right click on a pot! It'll whisper to you, telling you the contents of the pot...

Wouldn't it be better to display the item count directly on the pot with a text_display entity ?

It would work, but I don't like the design of it and I don't think it really fits with the aesthetic of the game.

I just didn't want my storage room to be full of pots with numbers on lol
