Jake's Build Tools adds a plethora of different tools to help the player in building awesome things! From experience storage to capturing mobs, this pack does a whole lot! And new things are always being added!

This datapack does have a resourcepack, which adds textures for all the tools! While not required, it is recommended. The
resource pack is contained within the datapack itself, just drop the whole zip you download into your game's resource pack folder!

Features
  • Mining Helmet - A glowing hat that also protects the player from falling blocks and anvils!
  • Block Wrench - A tool that can rotate any rotatable block! Even ones with inventories!
  • Hammer - A tool that can break blocks in a 3x3 area!
  • Void Bundle - A bundle that deletes any item put inside it! The last item destroyed can be retrieved by right clicking with it in the player's hand!
  • Item Magnet - Attracts items in a 7 block radius towards the player when in their mainhand or offhand! Can also be used in item frames!
  • Tape Measure - A tool for measuring distances between blocks!
  • Rope Ladder - A new type of ladder that places ladders below it until it hits a block!
  • Experience Flask - A method of storing experience! Can be filled with experience and then smashed to get it back!
  • Trowel - Places blocks randomly from the player's hotbar, great for texturing!
  • Chisel - Replaces a block with the block in the slot to the right of it!
  • Hardhat - A snazzy hat that increases the player's reach by 2 and protects them from falling blocks and anvils!
  • Mob Bag - Capable of safely storing one non-hostile mob! (includes villagers)
  • Void Bucket - A bucket that destroys any liquid put inside of it!
  • Grass Starter - Can turn dirt into grass and vice versa!

history
All the tools are working for me so far except the hammer. It is only mining a single block. I think the problem is data from another pack in my 'data' folder but I'm not sure what to look for. Any ideas?

Edit: I found it! My waaaay to big scoreboard file was the culprit!

Hi! I just got the 1.21.11 datapack, and the mob bag doesn't work. I've tried with all sorts of mobs, from cows, villagers, to horses. But it's not working.

There is a problem witl all items made with minecraft:warped_fungus_on_a_stick, it alls steals all xp, not only the Expirience Flask

Which version are you on? This was a bug that was fixed in v4.0.1

Really cool tool pack. I want to emulate the 3x3 mining as well as a 1x2 mining area for a custom enchantment. Would you by chance have played Boundless? Some of these ideas are very similar to some of the features in that game =D

Hi I do not understand the wrench and the helmet are not craftable, and the flask does not work.
