    Adds the 3 features hinted at during the Badlands Biome Vote:



    Tumbleweed: Randomly spawns in a Badlands biome, bounces towards north, getting bigger with time, damaging anyone it hits.




    Vultures: Replaces phantoms, spawns only in Badlands and circles high up in the air at day time, during night, they come down to ground level and circle around items.

    Flowering Cactus: Just the same as the normal one, just a retexture.
