Tinker and Backpack fix

Este datapack agrega compatibilidad entre Tinker's construct y Traveler's Backpack mod. Soy totalmente nueva en hacer datapacks, pero funciono cuando lo probe! así que ahora todas tus herramientas deben de poder ser colocadas en las casillas para herramientas de tu mochila! This is a fix to add compatibility between Tinker's construct and Traveler's Backpack mod. I'm a total newby for datapacks, but it worked so now all your tools can be use in the "Tools" slot on the backpack. Have fun! :D
