Ultimate Silktouch Spawners 2

I'm happy to say that Ultimate Silktouch Spawners Datapack reached the version 2.0, and I'm posting it as a new datapack because of the grand changes on it.

Biggest Change:
Now it works with ANY spawner (including command-custom ones)

That datapack to normal survival players will work the same way as before, just mine a spawner, but will only have a different Spawner Name, because it now have "Custom Spawner" name, and will have to be placed by dropping.

Now it have a improved clickable menu.
Now the clickable menu needs a tag to use the trigger command to open it.
Now it works with any spawner, even custom made with commands.
Now it have default settings (Iron+ Pickaxes with Silktouch, no permissions, and no single use)
Now to place spawners you have to drop them, not place, lagless improvement.
Now scoreboards have the "uss." tag before the names.
You can't place spawners in survival using Right Click anymore.
It no longers specifics the name of what is at spawner due to snapshot limitations (if asked I do can make that semi-working)
How to Install:
1. Download the zip file and place it in [your world]/datapacks
2. do /reload and now its installed.

How to Configure:
1. To get permission to open the settings menu, tag yourself using /tag @s add permission.uss
2. do /reload to enable your trigger command
3. do /trigger uss.info and feel free to configure it as you want.

Extra Info:
If you activate the "Need Permissions" Option, you will need to have the tag "permission.uss.mine" in order to mine a spawner.
The "Single Use" Option will break your pickaxe after mining a spawner

Feel Free to Donate if you want to ^^

Update v2.1 : by Ant_Redstone 03/08/2019 1:38:15 amMar 8th, 2019

Huge lag improvement, now it no longer uses entitys and no longer keeps checking every block (to tag the spawner) while holding a valid pickaxe

Removed Custom Name from spawners (help Lores still there)

Thanks! I appreciate it I just spend like a hour trying to find a data pack that was similar to silk spawners since my friends and I play on a Minecraft realms server. I'm glad this one worked since I wanted to be able to customize what kind of pickaxe I want the spawner to be minable with a diamond pickaxe only. The only thing I would like to be able to do it place the spawners down regularly without having to drop them on the floor but its not that big of a deal.
This worked on 1.14.4

As of 1.14.3 release, this doesn't seem to be fully working.
You can't place the spawners in natural generated caves/ravines/mineshafts/strongholds etc. however structures generated above ground and in the ocean (without water ofc.) seems to work fine. You can get around the problem by placing blocks around the spot where you want to have the spawner, not sure what is going on there. I have only tested with a cave spider spawner that I got from a mineshaft. But I would imagine that it's an universal problem for all spawners.
Also the single use option doesn't break the pickaxe. I have tried with a pickaxe with full durability and one that had been used, and with silk touch only.
Besides those few hiccups, it seems to be working well.

Suggestion: Maybe you could add an option to switch the placement system, so that you would need the sneak to place it? Personally I tend to drop items all the times when I'm playing, and with the single use option enabled (and working ;) ), it really sucks that you need another silk touch pickaxe to pick it back up, if you drop it by accident. The sneak drop is far less common to be done by accident. Just a minor thing for me, but I would love to see the option to change it.

hm.. idk what's that problem, I didn't test it in 1.14.3, I'll have a look when I can (thats in 1 or 2 weeks from now)

About the suggestion, ok, when I fix it I add that option, no problem ^^

did u test it in clean single player worlds? I'll try to reproduce that bug l8r.

I tested in a clean single player world, with your data pack only.
If I remember correctly, I believe that there is something about air blocks having different "types", depending if it is generated in something like a cave, might have been the issue. But I'm not sure if that has been changed in 1.14. At least that would make sense as to why it's not working. I just tested in a Stronghold and if I place a block and break it again I can place a spawner in that space. I couldn't place the spawner before I did that.

On a side note, is it possible to have an entity type note on the spawner (in the name or in the description) ? I can see that you removed Custom names from spawners, so not sure if there's a lag issue or not.
