This data pack allows you to wash your wool items. Just throw them into a cauldron with water and they will shine in a clean white again (cauldron uses up one water level in the process)

Items that can be washed:
  • Carpet
  • Wool Block
  • Banner
  • Bed
CompatibilityMinecraft 1.14

How does this work with stacks?

There is no distinction between stacks and single items. If you throw a stack in, the whole stack gets washed

How about right-clicking instead of throwing it? Anyways great pack.

I would either have to replace all wool blocks with usebale items (like a fishing root, consumables) or spawn an invis villager in the cauldron. I don't realy want to spawn any extra entities or replace blocks, as this datapack should stay lightweight and as feel as vanilla as possible.

Oh ok I understand, I just thought it would make more sense since you right-click with leather armor.

Also, is it possible to make a data pack that makes wet sponges automatically dry in the nether like Bedrock Edition? I think that it's a very useful feature.

Could you make it so that leather armor is also washable?

Thats already a vanilla feature :). Try clicking on a cauldron with the leather armor in your hand

I think it is already in game, but you right click cauldron filled with water rather than throwing the item into it.
