So close so far, its gunna be tight!

I like the shading on Konan's more as it feels nice too look at, while also looking good. I also like how Konan's colours contrast more to each other, the green on Kefka's skin, esspecially on the back, seems to mash a bit more in which feels a bit weird. I can not argue that the way Kefka designed his skin is really nice, but overall I feel like Konan just did a better job this time.

I love both... ugh It's so hard to decide!

Kefka does it for me. Mojo Jojo resembles the character, but Barney IS the character.

I also preferred his shading and claws.

In the end, I'm going with Kefka for the better 2nd layer usage. I have never liked either character so I'm in no way partial to the ideas and while Konan made a superb use of colours, Kefka still tips things for me with the 2nd layer despite a less than great use of colours. Granted, can't blame Kefka since Barney wasn't the most complex creature ever.

Also, I gave Kefka a hard time last week. Sorry about that, Kefka <3

Knowing nothing about either of the characters, I went with Kefka. That tail is amazing.

Though I prefer Mojo-Jojo as a character to Barney, I find Kefka's skin to be a much better use of the pallet. Though, I will say Konan's shading technique is a touch more detailed than Kefka on this one. Still, in the end, given the pallet, I think Kefka's Barney looks more like Barney than Konan's Mojo-Jojo looks like Mojo-Jojo. :/
