Is spam still not allowed as a contest/event prize?

Does anybody know if spam (hearts/diamonds/likes) is still not allowed as an event prize? I know it used to not be allowed before JAMs*, but it isn't listed in the "What is not an acceptable prize" section of the JAM group's FAQ.
So, does anybody know?

Spam/gaming the system isn't allowed afaik.

It isn't a jam tho...... So would it be acceptable

It isn't acceptable as a prize or reward, diamonding/favoriting/subscribing should only be done out of enjoyment of the content, gaming the system for internet points is gaming the system for internet points

If that's the case, it should probably be added to the JAM rules of what is not an acceptable prize.

Nope! According to the JAM's group, you can offer:
- Shout outs or social promotion
- Digital exchange of trade or skill such as graphic design, fan art, coding, etc
- Free creative compilation, trans-formative work or promotional material of their entr(ies)
- ??? Have fun without crossing the lines below.

Ask a mod (Yeah, I know, real helpful… I, too was under the impression this was either discouraged or outright disallowed, but have not been able to find specific language in either Rules or Jams pages)

Alternately this may be the statement about which you are seeking clarification…
" Keep in mind that you may not offer diamonds, likes, favorites, notification spams and similar actions as prizes in your contest."

I am aware of that old resource, however I chose not to include it since the old Event Calendar is basically the same thing.
