I'll be the only judge ♥My History - Optional ReadEver since I got a taste for reading, I was writing.
My first ever short story was a Tinkerbell fanfiction(I didn't even know what fanfiction was and I was still writing it)!
But now that I'm older, I'm more serious with my writing. My first attempt at writing a book was an adventure novella featuring my old character Dylan and characters my friends had made. Needless to say, I didn't get very far in.
My second attempt at writing a book, many months later, was one that I had tried to publish to PMC, but I don't think I got past page three before I gave up. One day, after I publish my sci-fi trilogy, I might try re-writing it.
Now, I'm working on a science fiction novel, but I don't have a name for it yet. At the time of creating this contest, I'm on page 88.

1) is the 10 000 the max limit or can we go over it?
2) if the story ends up unfinished could the unfinished work be set as a cliffhanger?

10,000 is the max, but I'll allow a couple more words in order to finish a paragraph/chapter.

For gore how descriptive is too much, because in this story there will be gore. Or do I just put a 18+ or R for gore, violence, and possible innuendoes.
