Lets make some blue skins! Only blue allowed!

About
Inspired by the recent purple jam, I wish to make a blue jam!

Only blue is allowed within this jam! If you submit anything that isn't fully blue, it won't be staying in the jam.
Try to be creative! No blue blobs of skins please. Or blue blobs with eyes! Creativity and best use of using blue will count within scoring!

Is going to be two kinds of blues I'll accept, the bluest of blues and the kinda sky blue like color that is probably thought of when you think of blue. You pick one of those blues and use it plus lighter or darker shades of it to make a full skin. And how light or dark can you go? As long as the stand-ins for any black or white is in the blue spectrum you used, perhaps can tell when using the dropper, it is safe to use. You may slightly shift the color when shading, as long as it is still obviously blue. Maybe I am thinking too hard on it but is nice to have the rules set out clearly, right?
Also, do not use outfit bases or any other bases from other people to make your submitted skins

Basically, make Monochromatic blue skins
