I just had a heart attack. Not really

I was drawing and IbisPaint crashed. I couldn't open it anymore. I've already lost my files like this once. Thankfully, there's nothing a phone restart can't fix... I guess. I don't remember if I tried restarting the previous time, if not, well, oopsie.

Have a random low-quality doodle from a few days ago.

So, apparently, most of the images on my account just broke.
Well, now that I think about it, using discord to create image links was a dumb idea.

Don't think I'll be fixing this anytime soon.

First time I actually design a character thoughtfully. I now also have Tumblr, but I don't know if I'll be active there, so let's ignore the fact right now.

A cover for a book I might or might not finish/publish. Figured with the constant change in my artstyle I'd have to redraw it again when publishing chapters anyway.

It's a strange one. I don't necessarily see much mistakes (perspective is pain and I didn't start properly, so it might be a bit off in some parts), but something just feels off. I've even added minor blur and some stuff where it looks nice. My guess is that I either want my lines thinner or better coloring (probably both). It's supposed to be mostly pale, but it just doesn't look intended?? Idk.

One thing is I'm slowly getting better. Or not slowly, considering the rapid changes in the artstyle even though I barely practice.

Also I hate college, learn things you want to do before you're left with no time to spare.

I think I'm getting better in writing, but there are still things for me to practice. The major issue is that my style just doesn't work in Russian and I want the book thingy to be in two languages. I should also expand my English vocabulary (probably grammar too, though, I rarely see my mistakes, even if they do exist)

I don't think my world building skill has grown much. I kinda thought out a lot of stuff for characters, though.

My comic-artstyle hasn't changed much, aside from me being more comfortable I guess. Still want to try thinner lines, like already been said.

Been studying drawing for something around a week (as if nobody noticed)
Don't feel like there's much progress, but I really have learned some things, even if just few.
Here's my first time making a pose that doesn't look like shиt without any reference (wanted it to be a bit more dynamic, but oh well)

P.S. Also I can't draw firearms from that angle... and hands... well that's not about them anyway, right?
