    Aight bet-

I have three variations total: it may have 5003 at the end of it, or be shortened to SevScroll.
But other than that I have at least 10 various accounts that are all under some form of SevenScroll

Waffles are pretty consistent in being good, but personally, I've never had a waffle thats been really good. On the pancake side, I've had pancakes that are extremely good, but the majority don't turn out that well...

So, is it the consistent okay level of waffles?
or the sometimes really good to sometimes not that great aspect of pancakes.

    the world shall never know.

I've never specifically played on mobile, but I do mainly play bedrock on PC.
The overall performance of Bedrock is significantly better than java, but it does lack a large modding community, which can sometimes make it harder to build on (Meaning not having mods like World Edit, which is pretty much a standard now for building) but there are marketplace "Mods" if on BR you don't mind spending a few dollars. Bedrock does have some great official featured servers with minigames, such as Galaxite and Hive, and of course the crossplay is much better for playing with friends that aren't exclusively on PC. Commands are slightly easier, but Redstone is built differently, so you have to make sure to use specific Bedrock Edition tutorials for anything Redstone related.

But overall, besides community aspects such as mods, Mojang's been doing a great job of making the two versions as close as possible, so nowadays there isn't too much of a difference. I prefer bedrock for the performance, but I do still play Java frequently.

Sorry for the giant wall of text XD

The majority of actual Bedrock Edition texture packs should be in a .mcpack file format, which means you can just download them and then click open and it will automatically import it into your game. some of them are in a normal folder/.zip file which requires going into the game files and putting it in a specific resource pack folder.
Also one thing to mention is obviously none of the Java Edition Packs will work on Bedrock. (Extra check that your filtering by Bedrock Texture packs on here because it some times it will still give you all editions)
Also also if it is in a .Zip file you will have to un zip it for it to work.

the resource pack folder is normally at
C:\Users\**What ever your computer user is**\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang
And then either in the "Development_Resource_Packs" or "Resource_Packs" folder

Once you've done that or just imported a .mcpack file it will be in the little pencell icon next to the world button>Resource Packs>My Resource Packs.

If none of that works, then I would check if the Texture Pack itself works by downloading another, or if the Minecraft version you have is legitimate

And finally after all of that, there may not be as many as java but there are tons of free downloadable bedrock maps and texture packs on here outside of the Marketplace.
I Hope at least some part of this helps, other than these I don't believe there is any other way to do it.
