    Skin artists can now choose whether to disable downloads on per skin basis. Why? Because some artists want to share their personal skins, some want to share commissions, and some just want credit and more control over how their work gets used elsewhere.

    When you upload or edit a skin (or mob skin), you'll find a new "Allow public downloads" toggle. Turn it off and:
    • The download button disappears from the page
    • The direct download link is blocked, even if someone has it bookmarked
    • Your skin still shows up fully in listings, your profile, and search. It's just view-only

    This is opt-in and only affects new uploads or skins you edit. Nothing changes for your existing downloadable content unless you flip the switch yourself.

    Artists please note that this feature discourages casual downloads but cannot guarentee complete protection of your work. Hoping to see some high quality inspirational skins that would otherwise never see the light of PMC!

    If someone has a flight response, that doesn't mean they hate your mother or want to destroy the universe. It just means their body and brain is seeking safety, from an unsafe situation. So don't yell at them, and try to be understanding and helpful.

    Today I am deeply disappointed in lack of kindness and empathy towards people. If you don't wanna read a big post from someone - you scroll away. You don't comment insensitive stuff like "summarize me this, I don't wanna read".

    People need support. We need each other.
    If you can't give it - you remain silent and say nothing.
    You don't have to care to read - yes.
    But you can't possibly be so mean to not think of people's feelings at all.
    What people probably don't understand is that words matter and they matter too much sometimes. Especially for a person in grief. Any wrong word you say can become the last straw for someone, even if for you it seems like nothing important.
    If you don't care - you scroll.
    If you care - you read the whole thing and show that you care.
    As simple as that.
    Let's all show kindness and be better than this.

We came back on Friday and then I slept the whole day lol. I still have cough but otherwise I'm now fine. I may show stuff I bought in Germany, and experiences we had there

    Last week I played a lot of bedrock with beta style textures on my phone and tablet, and I realised using a tablet with an xbox controller in bed is like a portable gaming console😉 just with a slightly more limited game selection

    The high seas aka UN: Biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction (BBNJ) Agreement went into affect, aiming to increase protection status for around 30% of global waters by 2030.


    As far as i understood it, it creates a legal framework, to select and vote, which global areas can become like a "national park", essentially making them protected areas, in international waters. Thats neat because beyond the 200 nautical miles economic zone, there are no country laws, only UN laws/treaties.

Everyone's profile is like an extension of their body, it is meant to be a safe space for them, as long as they dont hurt anyone or do anything dangerous to themselves or others.
