Here's another specific thing that I want to comment about: Research what you're saying if you're gonna start shouting out a foreign phrase as support.

Respect to both sides, but you must always, always, know what you're actually saying and the context surrounding it. And attacking people, even unknowingly, who aren't involved with a conflict just because of the way they dress or their ethnic group or religion is a disgusting way to respond to violence. Often, bad people who want to stir trouble or violence will take advantage of the unknowing and naive to spread phrases that mean something completely different than what they claim it means. So please, do be careful before you start shouting something you don't know the translation of in the streets, do your research.

very short but serious post, when supporting a side in a war. especially one as big as Palestine and Israel or Unkraines war please do your research, do not blindly jump on what the majority is supporting and form your own opinions first. I've stayed fairly neutral on both matters and I implore everyone to show support but gather the information from multiple sources, several news outlets can be skewed and the internet is obviously biased. Not saying supporting anything is wrong, just be aware and in formed before you do support something !

I would also try and get the history of why its happening to understand the reasoning of the war and full history of the event better but I stand by my first point a bit more, researching history can help form your own opinion however its not always needed especially when there just some obvious war and humanity crimes taking place.

with that being said yeah! Have media literacy and make sure you fully know and understand what your supporting.

edit: with this being said also don't like, harass people who support the other side y'know. I've seen it a lot especially with the Israel and Palestine war. Keep mind wars are complicated and there is no black and white, right or wrong. People are going to take the matters differently depending on their life experiances. In reality everyone wants peace and to for the fighting stop, adding to the fire by harassing other people isn't going to help anyone.

I've heard a bit about the game "Signalis,' and I'm even listening to the soundtrack as I'm writing this. But I've never played it. I've seen some clips of the game and catch myself thinking "There's no way this is a horror game!"
I know that, just by thinking that, if I were to ever play it, it's going to scare the living crap out of me.

No, it looks very dark and brooding. But nothing about the gameplay feels like it should be scary; there's no jump scares or weird occurrences (so far), but there's definitely a sense of tension through even just investigating a restroom.
I dunno; I was saying this to acknowledge that "Yeah, this is definitely going to be a frightening game; I just haven't yet seen the actual frights yet of it, and am going to make fun of my own arrogance to even think that it's not." Just a vibe about it, I think.

Edit: This branch ties heavily with the lore built up around Ganam the Hermit as well as the various supernatural occurrences that have taken place in CrystalRuby's Mystical Kingdom Role-play. It's probably gonna be much more boring and stiff than an open role-play, but we'll see what happens XD

I’ve noticed how often we’ve put those who speak out in the midst of oppression on a pedestal, and rightfully so, especially in education. However, I’ve noticed that our presentism often leaks into our praise:
”I would’ve spoken up against Hitler from the very start! I would’ve died marching with those protesters if I’d been alive when it happened.”

I’ve also noticed our reluctance to speak out against ourselves, the little towers and straw houses we build for ourselves and for our communities. And unfortunately, it is often the ones who are the most blinded by their protest that do the speaking up, seeming to not know what exactly it is they’re saying, muddling the whole thing all the more.

Incoherent thoughts with Eremite. I don’t know what exactly I’m saying when writing this.
