the ~)*(~ END EXPANSION ~)*(~

The End Expansion addon gives end crystals a new use, as upon exploding, they now drop shards which can be used in crafting.

The Catalysis Table is crafted from the rarest items in each dimension and will allow the player to store experience safely inside Bottles o' Enchanting before setting off for the Outer End Islands.

Barter with Cowlins inside End Cities, or with the wandering Marooned Travelers, to obtain new growable tree, mushroom and crop varieties.

Many more uses for chorus fruit!

Set a teleport point in any dimension using the Teleport Anchor block, which can be charged with Chorus Ichor and links to a player wearing End Crystal armor. It will allow you to escape the Void with your items intact should you slip while traveling by Ender Pearl.

Speed up your journeys between islands by taming and riding the new flying Wyvern mob.

Waterloggable and vertically orientable new slabs; decorative End Stone and Purpur variants; dragon fire torches and lanterns

Rhizome blocks carpet End Stone in shimmering purple

You can learn more about each of the new blocks, items and entities in the "About this Addon" book, which is available in the Creative Inventory or by combining a book plus End Crystal shard in Survival Mode.

[8/26] There is currently an issue where naturally generated Bubble Plants don't produce bubbles.

I'm not sure what's causing this, but it can be fixed by breaking the plant and then re-planting the seeds it drops. The player-planted ones will produce bubbles like they're supposed to :)

This looks so cool! I think that everything from this addon fits perfectly to the End. Biomes still feel kinda empty which fits to the End atmosphere. That's a pity that this isn't a mod for Java :(

I'm glad you like it! I was going for something that integrates well with the vanilla experience. I don't have any experience with Java mods, unfortunately, but if you do you're welcome to convert it and post it under your own content

Thank you for permission, but I don't think I could do most of the things from your mod. I don't have that much skill. Btw how did you created the mod? Is it made in something easier like MCreator or is it coded? Also how long did it take to make?

It took a few weeks to make, but a lot of it is similar to previous projects I've worked on, so I didn't have to do everything from scratch. I use Blockbench with the Block, Item and Entity Wizard plugins when I'm starting out, and then modify the .json files from there. For new features like custom block and item components, I follow the tutorials from Microsoft Learn and also their reference documentation is really helpful.

They have definitely made building addons easier and there are much better resources available now than when I started (over a year ago).

Cool! In Java mods you make models also in BB. But for adding new items, blocks and their special abilities you need to know how to code in Java. If you don't wanna learn Java you can use MCreator. It's more intuitive, but I think that regular modding is probably better (I use MCreator). Also some coders don't like MCreator, especially because of the quality of content that people (especially children) make in this SW.

wow! I don't know how to make natural generation (except ores), so this is really cool in my mind. I hope many people see this the same way as I do, and I hope they enjoy your content!
wish you many views, bye!

Hi booboo1007

If you are interested in natural feature generation, I just updated the addon to include two new "biomes" (implemented as features*).
Dragon Tree forests and Chorus Mushroom patches (both are fairly small, and generate scattered throughout the End islands).

Also geodes (underground) and a new end stone ore variety.

*Ignore that the Bedrock Wiki says these are experimental: they're actually available for the stable version now.
