Everyone's favorite playground game is now in Minecraft!

Run /function grnds:start to start the game ("it" is randomly selected)
The player that is "it" glows
If "it" tags another player they become it. (Gets within 0.5 meters. You don't have to hit them. This isn't violent)
You get several seconds of "no-tag-backs" after you tag someone
"It" is blind while not on the ground
If "it" uses a fishing rod while not on the ground they call "groundies", and if there are players on the ground one of them will randomly become "it"

"Ground" means dirt-based blocks, sand varieties, clay, and gravel.
