Adds a new behaviour: If you hit an animal, its herd will get scared of you / angered at you as well.
Panicking mobs:
Configuration:
You can configure for which animals herd panicking is enabled by executing the command 'function oran9eutan:herdpanic/cfg'
Uninstall:
Run the function "oran9eutan:herdpanic/uninstall" and remove the datapack from the datapack folder

Could you make it so that the herdpanic lasts a bit longer than the vanilla one, since it is a bit wierd that the animals stop running after just a few seconds? Maybe you could just make a timer or something and then throw another snowball after 5 or so seconds.
