The way you craft a lapis sword is so:

As a normal sword! But replace stone with lapis blocks if it's a stone sword!

The lapis sword is sooo strong! It's a hidden diamond sword!

Is this the only new sword in the mod? Perhaps you should make more. Maybe Redstone swords? Just a suggestion. ;)
