Basically just allows wither roses and nether warts to generate as nether foliage
*Wither roses:
-Generates in wastelands and in soul sand valleys
-Can sometimes spawn as a flower field
*Nether warts:
-Generates in soulsand valleys

I think they are called addons for Bedrock, right?
But to add something positive: I like the idea of having randomly generated nether warts ^^
I mean I could just change the "datapack" to "add-on" in the titles
