To get the seeds, look out for the Glossy Chrysanthemum in the wilderness. You can find it in all forest biomes (except dark forest an jungle), plains and swamps. Once you´ve found some, you´ll get Chrysanthemum seeds from the plant. Use these seeds in combination with ores to craft the seeds of each flower. You´ll need 8 Chrysanthemum seeds and one ore each. When you harvest the Elytren plant you´ll get Elytren. Use it in combination with phantom membranes to craft an Elytra. The plants grow in 8 steps like other crops do. Also the growth time and required light level are the same.


You´ll get the recipes for the flower seeds when you find a Glossy Chrysanthemum and pick up it´s seeds. The first time you pick up Elytren you´ll get the recipe for the Elytra.
