How do you find color inspiration for Minecraft skins? 🎨

When designing a Minecraft skin, where do you usually get your color inspiration?

Sometimes a small change in the palette can completely change the personality of a skin.

I'm curious how other skin creators approach it:

  Do you start with the character concept?

  Use colors from real animals or clothing?

  Build a custom palette from scratch?
