Hello,
this is a cab-over truck in 1:1 scale.
On my way home I saw a truck like this with a man standing next to it and it became clearer than ever before to me how small trucks actually are because the man's head reached just under the lower end of the windshield. So, I really wanted to try to build a truck in 1:1 scale and see how convincing I could make it.
Enjoy!

And Steve is just extremely buff. Most people aren't a meter wide in reality.
This also explains why the truck looks so slim even though the height is in correct proportion to Steve's height. It's not the truck that is too slim, it's Steve who is too wide :P
For this truck, I didn't care about whether it feels too big or too small, I only cared about the technically closest measurements to a 1:1 scale.
And because Minecraft blocks feel smaller than real cubic meters, of course this truck feels too small xD
3 blocks wide would have looked too wide in my opinion, but as these EU trucks can be up to 2.55 meters wide without the mirrors in reality, I guess you could make it 3 blocks wide as well.
