Ever wanted another use for that worthless old wooden sword that you might just use for smelting? Ever wanted a new weapon mechanic in Minecraft? Ever wanted use a wooden sword as a ranged throwing weapon? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this one command vanilla mod creation is for you! To get the command, click on Minecraft World Save, or Pastebin.

What it does:
-When you toss a wooden sword, (default Q key) it will be projected and throw farther than other tossed items, and it will deal damage to all mobs (Even Players) (Except Wither Bosses)!
-Sometimes the throwing knife will move slightly to the left or right of the direction you tossed it because you don't have perfect aim!
-The mob must be at least five blocks away from you, or it will not deal damage to them.
-When it hits a mob, it will fall on the ground at the foot of the mob.
-Throwing knives can be picked back up after hitting a mob.

This command is rather simpler than the other creations I have made, but it adds a completely new mechanic to minecraft.


Installing the command is just like any other one command mod. This is my creation. You are not welcome to take credit for this. It is multiplayer compatible, but credit must be given.
