It has been over 3 years since I posted my last actual project, which continues to amaze me how fast time passes. I guess that's just how life is sometimes. For those that subscribed all those years ago to see my fun little builds, I hope that this will finally fulfill your content hungry appetites! This little house took me only about an hour to complete, but I poured my heart out into it. As always, many of my projects posted here consist of builds done on the Greenfield build server, this simple abode is no different. Unfortunately, it will only be available for Greenfield version 0.5.3 and up, which is not released yet. Whenever the update is released, you too will be able to explore this home and many more like it.

I went with more of an east coast vibe for this build. I'm a sucker for east coast themed builds, there is something about them that I find so cozy and inviting. The era is 1950's, so you will find the tight rooms and many dividing walls to remind you of that time. Within the relatively small footprint, I managed to cram in 2 bedrooms (3 counting a guest room), 1.5 bathrooms, a linen closet, and a larger master bathroom to accompany the master bedroom. In the basement, you'll find a nice little loot surprise, if you know where to look! A 1 car garage was also added on later to the house, if it were real of course. The current owner loves to garden and be outside, as does their young daughter. Even though the property is small, they love to make use of the smaller space. That's it for now, hopefully I will be able to find time to post more fun content! It is after all quarantine time :P

I couldn't decide which shaders I liked best for the shots. SEUS PTGI E11 provided some lovely indoor shots while projectLUMA made some nice outdoor shots, so I used them both. Some folks don't like mixing shaders, but I think both shaders look equally fantastic. I included at the end of each image caption which shader it is in the screenshot.

This build will be available when Greenfield v0.5.3 is released, which will not be for a while. Once it does you can absolutely do a review of it! I'll let you know when the Greenfield project is updated, the link posted above will take you to the project page
