The Altun Clan, once a small tribe of hunters, has peacefully resided in the mountains of the continent of Jinn for centuries. However, the recently reformed, technologically advanced neighbors to the north, the Che Dynasty, continued a long history of constant political aggregations and unnegotiated land grabs, causing the Altun Clan to gear up for war. The Locust-riders of the Altun are fearless, guerilla striking even the largest of Che Dynasty gunships, only to be downed by the best of the best of Daewon fighter pilots.
