These are the Applewood Villas, a custom designed project I built for our new map Ambersyell on The Realism Society. The Applewood Villas are a low-income government housing project that were built in the mid-1970's in the neighborhood of Warrendale. They can accomodate and provide a safe residence for 225 registered low-income families. The neighborhood is known for its history of drug crime, but the Ambersyell police department has been working on cleaning up the area under its new safe neighborhood act.

Looks great. Maybe you could try adding a underground parking lot, so that the amount of parking is closer to the size of the apartments.

I don't think adding more parking or an underground lot would be very realistic for a low income housing project. They are designed to be as cheap as possible and given that the residents supposed to be living in the apartments make so little money that they have to live in government sponsored housing, they probably don't have many cars.

Quite nice and clean made. The car size compared towards the buildings seems a bit off, maybe it's the angle though. Also the amount of parking space seems a bit low towards the 225 houses.

Just my two cents on this well made build.
