This new project is about the capital of Prussia in 1816, after Napoleon was defeated and Germany had it's fully independent states from the now gone so called "holy roman empire". It aims to build at least the areas around Brandenburg gate and unter den linden, i'm working on my one.
Europe was completely different in 1816 then now or even the late 19th century. After the french revolution which killed the people in power, a guy called "Napoleon" wanted to conquer Europe and became the emperor, he tried conquering Europe but he failed and was exiled. Diplomats all over Europe went to the congress of Vienna, Austria to sort of Europe. There was no Germany, just German states, including Prussia, Hanover, Austria, Bavaria, Saxony, Hesse, Oldenburg, Wurttemberg, and many others. There was the Germany confederation while protected the sovereignty of the German states which ironically didn't included parts of Prussia or Austria. Ireland was still part of the UK, They were also empire building in Canada, Australia, South Africa, and India. The Ottoman Empire still existed and had much of the Balkans. Russia was also much larger. Norway was in a union with Sweden and was called"Sweden-Norway." France was a big smaller, and like Germany, Italy was also divided into states. Berlin was a part of Prussia. Prussia's flag was black and white and had a bird in the middle. In 1816 they now had an area around the river Rhine. Buildings such was The Reichstag and the modern Berlin cathedral had not yet existed until the 1890s. Brandenburg was a new building just built in the 1790s. The king at the time was Frederich Wilhelm III.
Hope you enjoy, here are some pictures.

E.g.: Windows should be at least 2x3 blocks big. The rest size of the building will allign to that automatically of course.
Concerning the customs wall, it was placed aside the road. A good example can be seen here. The Potsdamer Thor seen here was built after 1816 but you can see the outline of the old one on the big round plaza as well as the wall.
The area between Brandenburger Tor and Potsdamer Tor was also mostly filled with the "Ministergärten". They belonged to the ministeries at Wilhelmstraße. That's why I would suggest continueing at this area simultanously to the Potsdamer Tor. This picture might also give you an Idea of the houses on the souther side of Pariser Platz.
I wish you good luck and for further messages you can message me on private :)
It's an interactive plan of Berlin at around 1800^^
